We consider HashBlock to be a tech-enabled private equity firm, in addition to being a technology platform provider. Being an integrated fund manager gives HashBlock (and its investors/token holders) access to another significant and long term source of revenue given that the fund management and tech platform businesses are integrated. This is how we drive value for our token holders. HashBlock's founders come from the institutional world of private equity, having experience with firms like Tishman Speyer, Allianz, C-III Capital, etc., in addition to having experience building tech for well known start-ups.
